This stuff is great. The label says no other spices necessary.  Most product don't live up to the label, but I've never felt the need to tailor the mix to my own tastes, and I didn't notice the claim on the label until I was writing this review. I originally used it primarily for roasts, but I don't cook those as much as I once did.  This is also good with oil and vinegar for salad dressing, on fried eggplant, on grilled hamburgers, in sauteed vegetables.  This is the one seasoning mix in my cabinet that I replace because I used it all, not because it got old and I tossed it

You're right about this stuff. I hardly grill or roast a chicken without it anymore.

I haven't seen these here but start looking. I lived in Greece and love Greek food.
