I hate cleaning the litter box just like everyone else. I was surprized to find this product worked as well as it does. i have used bigger name brands that dont work near as well. Cat's Pride was on sale, so I thought I'd try it. Bad plan. This stuff is gross.

First off, you pour Cat's Pride in the litter box, and it's like beach sand. You have a cloud of litter (even though it's supposed to be low on dust). To top that off, my cat is a super scratcher in the litter box. Litter...

I often get coupons for the kitty litter, so I have to admit I buy it often.  BUT, I mix it with a higher quality scoopable litter.

This litter has a great price, and with coupons the price gets even better.  But this is a perfect example that you get what you pay for.  This litter is so dusty!  It almost makes me cough just pouring it in the litter box.

Like I said, I mix this litter with a higher quality brand.  That way, I can still save a little money, and make the more expensive litter last a little longer.  I just make sure I don't mix too much of this litter in with the other.  As...

Cat's Pride is a very affordable brand of scoopable cat litter.  That is why I first bought it.  However, I will no longer buy this brand.  It is incrediably dusty.  My cat's box is located in my bathroom and after a few days with this litter I noticed a fine layer of dust over everything in the room.  This can not be healthly for the cats to breathe in!  It was a pain to clean up all the dust and that totally offsets any value in saving money by buying this cheaper brand.  Too bad.

I tried this litter only because I had a coupon for it and it was less expensive than what I usually use.  When pouring it into the litter box there was a lot of dust which I did not like.  I added baking soda just to help with the smell.  I really hate cleaning the litter box and I often forget to do it.  I was sick for a few days and did not even think about changing the litter box out.  My cat peed all around the litter box and not inside it.  She had never done that before.

this cat liter doesnt clump very well. when you go to take the balls of urine out of the cat litter box it falls apart. very sandy or fine litter. i try to clean my litter daily and find if you dont with the cats pride scoopable it falls apart bad. ned a liter that will stay hard when you remove it from the litter pan. does have a good smell but lacks in proformance. when you have a litter that falls apart it makes such a mess.

cat's pride scoopable is such a huge waste of money.  the ONLY reason i bought cat's pride litter at the store was because i had a coupon and it was on sale.  never again. first, and the worst thing is, it does NOT clump, it does NOT mask any urine odor and it was not cheap.  cheaper than tidy cat and fresh step but not cheap.  it amazes me that litter can be that different,  but this was horrible.  i need the scoopable litter because i have older cats with tender paw pads, but i would never use this product again.  it is also very difficult to keep the cats from tracking litter on the carpet,... review »

I have tried so many brands of cat littler and Cat's Pride is the only one I have found that I like.  My litter box is in my bathroom and the cats will go in the litter box and then sometimes go hang out in the bathtub after.  A lot the clay pebble-type litters would get tracked all through the house and there would always be a ton in the tub, which was gross!!!  Cat's Pride is more of a fine, sandy grain and the mat in front of the litter box seems to catch most of the litter that may leave the box with the cat.  The clumps are easy to scoop and if you scoop as often as you should, there... review »

I have been using the "Multiple Cat" product for about 6 months. Both my cats like the texture . It is a little dusty, possibly because it is a very fine litter. That is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars.  But tracking is minimal and most is picked up in the mat I keep in front of the pan. I keep the pan in my bathroom so I do scoop daily to facilitate acceptance and odor control, which is excellent. It last much longer than some of the other brands I have used.

This littler was a favorite but it was recently changed. It no longer clumps and stays in a clump. The litter itself is fine and powder like. I am concerned about the dust it creates and breathing it when you change the litter pan. It does keep the odor down but not as much as all cat owners would like. I clean the pan everyother day so the odor is controled. I hope the makers get the message and go back to the old formular or try and improve the product.

Cats pride scoopable cat litter is less expensive but just as effective as "Other" brands.

We have tried many different types of litter, but found that brand name doesn't mean better. The smell of the Cats Pride is not overpowering, and the clumping action of the litter is pretty good.
I would recommend this product to someone who has one to two cats. With regular changing of the litter box, you don't have any odor.

Good product.

Cats Pride is the best cat litter I have ever used.  It clumps, is easy to dispose of out of the litter box,  it doesn''t smell, eliminating the urine smell of cats.  It is very easy to use.  I highly recomment it to anyone iwth a cat.
I have tried a lot of different cat litters, and I find that this one is the best.
It is priced reasonable too.

I have used Cats Pride Scoopable and i am not happy with the way it works, I have three cats in my house and this cat litter does not keep the order down. I have tried a few others and have found the one i do like.

This would probalby be okay if you have only one cat but not for three or more.

I have two small dogs and two cats. I use an electric litterbox  and clean it daily. I use cats pride and have for years. I only use the premium, scoopable and  have for years it was fine, but lately it seems I have to clean the box myself because it doesn't scoop as well as it used to. Did they change the mixture?

Cats Pride is my number #1 Choice. For me there is not alot of dust. The clumping is large enough, so I do not have to spend much time seeking. The ordor control is very good I have 3 cats. Believe me, when they go, you notice it for a minute or so, then the ordor control does do it's job quickly.
