To the Point

I bought my Casio Exilim EX Z75 after reading a review here of a similar Exilim. I love it!

A Closer View

After reading the review I went to Consumer Reports which at the time (May) picks the Casio Exilim EX Z75 as a favorite. You can find it for around $200 or less. We bought it online and...

This is one of my first cameras.  I'm not too happy with it though.  Granted the Casio Exilim EX-Z75 is an extremely slim and light camera, but I've had a lot of problems with mine.  First, the LCD is always "whiting out," then I can never find the functions I want, and last, when I lost my charger...

We bought the Casio Exilim EX-Z75 Digital Camera because our old one takes floppies and was limited in resolution and number of pictures. Well, we had a coupon and haggled a great deal too--always a good thing!

I was able to set up the date/time and learn how to use the camera while sleep deprived and with the "help" of three small children. It takes great pictures that are clear. Even my 6-year-old can take great shots! The view in the camera is just a tad smaller than the actual shots so I can cut off the top of someone's head in the camera and may actually luck up and get the whole person...

The Bottom Line:  400 shots per charge, with the 1GB card you are all set. Excellent for vacationing. Red eye cure with the double flash.

A special at Sam's Club for $211 down from $259. Husband is legally blind & cannot see print on majority of digital camera. Sony wants $500 for their N1 with 3" LCD & Casino Z75 has 2.7 LCD and large print for him to read. HAPPY DAY!

The new EX-Z75 and its credit card size, produces beautifully detailed images and is very easy to use. A high performance CCD and 5.7-million pixels of resolution provide sharp images, while the 3-segment telescoping 3X optical...

After growing frustrated with the easy death of AA batteries on other digital cameras, we decided to go for a model with a rechargable cell battery. The prices were off-putting at first, but we were able to snap up our Exilim at a discount at Best Buy and have been very happy with its performance.

For still pictures, this is a very nice camera and easy to operate. Definitely invest in the pop-out memory card, which makes it much easier to download photos--particularly if you are prone to losing download cords! The compact size makes this easy to slip into a purse or a pocket, but it still has a...

I've had this camera for two years and had my first problem with it recently when I fell with it in hand and jammed the lens.  The battery lasts FOREVER, and it's small and cute, but takes great photos.  The settings are endless, and you can make amazing photos with this baby.  I love it.  Instead of just buying a new one, I'm fixing it because I like it so much.  The screen is very scratch resistant and the camera can sustain a few falls.  Definitely worth the money.  Don't forget a case though; although it can be a hastle, it will save the body 100 times over.

It takes great pictures indoors and out!  I took it on a trip to California and kept in my pocket most of the time.  Got some awesome pictures in a botantical garden.  Also got great pictures of the sun setting on San Diego and Mailbu.  The colors and details come out clearer then the appear in the veiwfinder.

I needed a camera desperately because I've always been stuck with either a click-and-point or a camera too bulky to carry around with me everywhere.  I love good pictures but I'm particularly fond of "photojournalistic" shots.  This camera is perfect for that because it captures the photo quickly, when you turn it on it responds almost immediately so you can take a snapshot in the moment.  It has multiple settings to conform to whatever venue or lighting you might encounter.  The battery life is very good.  Photo quality is excellent. The video quality is only sufficient for capturing a cute... read full review »

My casio Exilm is the best camera I have ever owned. It's my third digital camera. I was getting ready to take an Alaska Sea/Land tour, and I was worried that I would miss a lot of shots because the Fuji Digital camera that I had took forever to boot up, and there was too long a time between shots. The Exlim is ready to go almost instantly, and you can just keep on shooting. It is also the easiest camera to use.  The setup couldn't be easier, and the "Best Shot" feature is great. You have to go out of your way to mess up a picture, and if you do who cares? You just take more. There is no view... read full review »

I bought this camera for a birthday gift two years ago.  It is small and compact and easy to take anywhere you go.  It has many options from scenery modes to passport photos mode to black and white and sepia shots.

I missed that it did not have image stabiization and many photos came out blurry.  Also, flash was not good on far away subjects.

In order to charge the camera, you have to carry the docking station with you, but once charged, you can carry it for days and days and hundreds of photos before having to recharge.

It broke this past summer when the lens came out and would not retract...

Despite the EX-Z77's low LCD pixel count, its 14:9 wide-screen aspect ratio offers plenty of room for a handy sidebar menu with which to control most of the camera's settings. You can quickly access commonly used controls such as ISO sensitivity and white balance by tapping up or down on the joypad and cycling through the sidebar's various slots.

Like the Exilim EX-S880, the EX-Z77 features Casio's new YouTube Capture mode among its myriad Best Shot scene presets. As its name suggests, YouTube Capture records video clips made specifically for uploading to YouTube. Fundamentally, it's just a 30fps...

I didn't know what to expect from a camera priced in the low hundreds. A 7.5mpx camera for a few hundred? But the camera is awesome. Great for website or printed photos. Love the self-timer feature that takes 2 pics in a row.

I wasn't impressed with the video. It's a standard low-resolution video size 640x480. Decent, but not great. But after the awesome pics, it's easy to expect the video to be better quality, too. Because you can't use this camera for everything - you need another video camera if you do a lot of videoing.

Bottom line: As a still-shot digital camera, it's great.

This camera have everything you need if we are talking about taking amezing pictures o taking a good video. With a moderate price you have 34 option to choose what kind of picture you want.It works like a recorder to,because it have a option where u can record the voice or the sound u want to without a image!! I recomend this Camera to those who love taking pictures but dont have enough money to expend in a camera.

[You can edit the videos in the camera and then pass them to the PC]

[This camera can be conected to your TV]

[Take Amezing Pictures]

I bought this camera for my daughter for her birthday online and got exactaually what I ordered. This camera came with many accessoriys, this camera is very easy to use, very slim and slim enought to put in your pocket.

This camera comes in 4 different colors white, pink, black And silver. It has a 3x zoom is utube freindly, and shoots 30 second video's. The video cards do not come with them but are resonably priced at 30.00 to 49.00 for what ever size gig you want.

I would recomend this camera for anyone who is a beginner or teen wanting a flashy camera.

I bought this specific camera because of its size. It's so slim it fits right into my back pocket. It takes great pictures with good zoom. The video function works well also. It's easy to change from picture taking, to video, and then to review all pictures you've taken. The menu functions are easy to use and understand as well. Its battery fits right inside the camera and to charge all you have to do is place it in its dock. The same dock is used to download your pictures onto the computer. I find this very convenient. Overall, I have greatly enjoyed this camera.
