I have tried many different dish washer soaps, and this is by far the best. I have used the powder and the liquid and I like them both. It gets dishes clean the first time.  I do rinse my dishes before I put them in the dish washer, so I could not say if the dishes would come clean without rinsing.... read full review »

don't use it if you have fiesta flatware

i absolutely hate this detergent and it almost ruined my flatware.  had to contact mfr to find out what was going on and thy said that undeer no circumstances should anything with lemon in it be used on their flatware.  luckily they ahve a lifetime warranty and replaced the damaged pieces and ilearned... read full review »

It Cleans the Dishes, But the Glasses Still Show Spotting
not fond of cleaning, willing to pay more for quality, a homeowner, not very happy with this product

Bottom-Line: All-n-all Cascade Complete Gel Lemon Burst is not a keeper, given the products limited effectiveness and high price-point!   

Like most American households we have a dishwasher that gets its fair share of use, believe me.  I have gone back and forth with my dishwasher liquid (I do not like powers because they tend to clump) going with whatever is on sale, because, well the product is expensive.  The choices are usually Palmolive and Cascade and one of my favorites is Cascade Complete Gel Lemon Burst dishwasher liquid.

Cascade Complete Gel Lemon Burst is the dishwasher soap for me. It stays in the soap dish, does not cause problems closing the soap dish and is used up when the dishwasher is done. The only problem I have is putting Cascade Complete Gel Lemon Burst in the soap dish. Since my arms are weak the bottle is a little heavy for me making my aim not quite accurate. That is really the only problem I have with Cascade Complete Gel Lemon Burst. I have been using it for many years now and it always does the job for me. I do not have half used, hardened powdered soap as I had before when the dishwasher had...

We were using the generic grocery store detergent (Shaw's) with our little countertop dishwasher. Our dishes did not get clean, and we worried that the dishwasher was broken. Then we tried Cascade Complete, and our dishes were clean and shiny! No need to pre-rinse!

What can I say... Great Product overall. Cascade cleans my dishes very, very well. I love when a product can live up to it's claims. This gets a 10 out of 10.

It is so hard to pore it in to the dish washer without spilling some of it.I would prefer to use the balls.
