When I was pregnant, I didn't know anything about baby items. I mean nothing! My sibling is eleven years younger than me and none of my friends or family members have had any babies in over 18 years. Luckily for me, my friend Beth had two grown children and she helped me tremendously when it came time to buy baby items for my son.

One of the great things she introduced me to was Carter's baby clothes. I had acquired baby clothes from all over the place, but the clothes my friend bought at Carter's were always the cutest, softest and made with the highest quality. Other brands of clothes I got for my son didn't seem like they were made out of the best of materials. Other brands would pill sooner and never seemed quite as soft or comfortable as Carter's did.

My son has worn all types of Carter's baby clothes: footed sleepers, pants, jackets, onesies, socks, two piece pajamas and tons more. They have all been excellent. The things I would put on my son, I was secretly wishing they had an adult size for me because they were always so soft and comfortable feeling. The sizes of Carter's clothing was consistent, unlike with other brands.

Carter's Baby Clothes do seem to be higher priced than other brands, but I really do feel that you get what you pay for with this brand. If I have another child, I will definitely continue to buy Carter's clothes and give them as gifts too.

Believe it or not, when I was your age I had a pair of footed sleepers with the drop drawers in the back to go to the bathroom. They were nice and warm, I loved them.

I've never had children (thank God for THEM) but I think Carter's are great for shower gifts. What a great idea about a line of adult Carter's. Maybe you should share this review with their company via their Customer Service e-mail!
