I got several things at my baby shower that I did not register for, but I am very glad I did.  Carter's Sweet Baby Blanket is one of the things that I didn't register for, but I ended up loving it regardless.  It is one of the softest blankets my son owns!

The Carter's Sweet Baby Blanket comes in a variety of colors, including: blue, pink, white, yellow, lilac, sage and ecru.  It measures 30" x 40", so it isn't a full-size blanket, but it is big enough for a stroller, car seat or playpen.  Each color blanket has its own theme.  I have the blanket in blue, so the word "baby" is embroidered...

Baby blankets are just one of those baby items that are a most have all year round but they can be oh so sweet too.
