Honda CR-V - 2005
We purchased the 2005 CR-V used - and have driven it for the past 15,000 kms. Several long trips (2000 - 4000 kms) have given us a good feel for the highway, and plenty of city driving has us appreciating the nimbleness of this vehicle.
Winter traction - with good new winter tires (Michelin X) is good - although not as good as would be with ice radials (Blizzak, etc.)
Positives -
- - this is the LX version - with leather, sunroof, heated seats, power everything... finish and comfort is good
- - Good fit and finish on body and interior
- - The roof rack can handle weekend lumberyard loads, a canoe,...
Honda CR-V - 2007
A great small SUV! I bought this new from a dealer and have been well pleased from the start. The dealer I ened up with was good but I had an issue with my local Honda Dealer. He would not deal much and was very pushie. I attemped to get the his best offer and he would not give it to me. His response was they will try to match my best offer. I was not in the mood to go around and call several dealers. I received bids online from all of the 100 miles or less dealers in my area. One dealer stood out and ended up giving me the best price/deal and it was not my local one.
