The only reason I gave this body butter nine instead of a ten is because of the price. Thank goodness you can buy it on the home shopping network. The smell of this body butter is intoxicating. It smells so delicious, good enough to eat. Upon receiving this, I immediately went back online and ordered another for me and one for my mother in law, who uses the Carol's daughter's hair products. This stuff melts on your skin like butter and makes your skin silky smooth. Scent I love it. If you love candles or lotions that have a warm, sweet smell then this is the product for you. Absorption This stuff is really thick, so I wouldn't use it as an everyday lotion. Just when you need to deeply moisturize your skin. It's absorbs about right for how thick it is. Effectiveness I love how soft my skin feels after using this body butter. There is nothing I can compare it to because it's the best moisturizer I have found so far.

Carol's daughter is a hidden gym in the world of body lotions. I love it. the only place that I am aware of that sells it is sephora. It is very natural and I love the smell of the almond cookie. It gives my body moisture all day and as the day goes on, the scent is still there. Some people say that it smells like baby powder, but I believe that the smell is fresh and light. The product is heavy though, and can feel a little greasy, so I do save it to use only when my skin is extremely dry or I am in need of some pampering. The almond cookie smell is great, but if you do not like strong scents, you probably will not care for this company. The products are all natural so I do not feel badly about using them since I have to be careful with a small child at home. The lotion does not irritate my skin nor does it irritate my 4 month old's skin. Overall, this product has been my one splurge skin product that I use when I want to feel better
