Carnival Cruise Lines - Victory —

We've taken several cruises and this was our second cruise with Carnival. The service on this cruise was so bad that it was almost non-existent. In fact, we will probably never consider sailing with Carnival again as a result. As soon as we checked in to our room we reported a problem that needed to be fixed and it still had not been taken care of when we left the boat five days later! We met great people on the ship who also had cruised many times before and all agreed that the cruise line was not what it had been. We often had to wait to be served drinks in bars, etc. Food was mediocre, entertainment was often not worth attending.
