read full review »My husband and I are booked with Carnival and we leave this Saturday. I must say, at this point, (before the trip), we believe we will never book with Carnival again. Dealing with Carnival directly has been extremely disappointing, from a Customer Service aspect. I was inquiring about changing cabins (type: private balcony), as we are unhappy with the assignment received. The answer of "no", although disappointing, is understandable. The "too bad" attitude of the Carnival personnel is not understandable and is what has caused us to think this is our first AND LAST Carnival cruise. Customer Service...
