first-time cruiser
As a first time cruiser, I didn't know what to expect initially. Here are a list of my pros and cons I experienced on this cruise: — Pros: — The all-inclusive aspect was great. Don't have to worry about food, transportation, lodging, entertainment costs while on the ship. — Staff on the Pride were excellent. Courteous room stewards and very attentive dining staff. Good dining selections and overall food quality ranged from pretty good to excellent. — Port locations were all fun, my advice would be to save money by not booking…

My husband and I traveled on the Carnival Pride in July 2007 to the mexican riviera. It was my second and his first. The total experiece was great, but lets start from the begining. Max, our phone/internet agent was very well educated, patient, friendly and provided wonderful service while booking our trip. — Apon arriving at the boarding station the car and security representatives were frustrating to deal with: a bit rude and impatient. To credit Carnival, I believe these people are third party vendors not representing Carnival. This was the only bad experience of the…

I had a great time on this cruise!! There was a lot to do, even though some of the activities were kind of cheesy. I REALLY enjoyed the food options that were provided, and room service is FREE!! The ship is very clean and elegant. i wish there would have been more shops on the ship. Great ports of call, and a very timely schedule. There's always something to take part in!! I really like the Carnival daily schedule they gave us everyday. Had a lot of fun in the casino, but the table bets are kind of high, but I live in Las Vegas, so there's all sorts of gaming here to compare it to. Overall,…

The choices of activities was....well let's just say I could of spent all my time on the ship without any land excursions. Every bathroom was spotless, the cabin was spotless...even had little towel animals and mints on my bed. I didn't want to leave. I would recomment Carnival Cruises to everyone. — Kathy T. —…

We went on this cruise for our honeymoon. It was the best choice that we could have made. Carnival Pride offered endless entertainment, from shows to casino to shopping to our waiters at dinner. This was an amazing experience that I would love to repeat. The stops were great, just enough time without being too long. This was also one of the cheaper options for a honeymoon that we could have chosen. …

The chef of the Pride had fabulous meals of all different kinds. The dining room was by far the best place to eat your meals. Excellent service and great waiters. Lots of activities to do on the boat and shore trips of all kinds. The snorkeling was the best in Puerto Vallarta. Would go on this cruise…
