Carnival Cruise Lines - Pride Mexican Riviera —

We recently sailed on the Carnival Pride for my 50th birthday. We loved tthe cruise experience as usual. This was our 4th cruise. Being at sea is so relaxing, and we even had dolphins swimming right beside our ship one morning. We were having coffee in our cabin and looking out the window and there they were! The food was plentiful, but not gourmet. There was a great variety of food to choose from. We were a little disappointed that the gala midnight buffet had been discontinued. We always looked forward to that. Our cabin steward was superb, and our waiters were also very nice and quite attentive. Our major complaint was a staff member who was serving drinks at the past guest appreciation party. I've never encountered anyone as rude as she was in the service industry let alone on a cruise ship! I submitted a written complaint, but was never contacted by anyone.
