Carnival Cruise Lines - Liberty Review

I loved the Carnival Liberty. I took it for the eastern caribbean cruise and enjoyed the frequent port stops. I am not a fan of "lame days at sea". The staff was really friendly and the food was great. The beds are VERY comfortable and are in spacious cabins compared to others i have been in.  The piano bar is great and the theatre entertainers are excellent. There are plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing.

 Cons- Be prepared to wait in line for hours to board. The port is in an old shipyard warehouse so it was not built to handle the number of people for the floor plan. The people who help you in the boarding process are VERY slow!  The pool is very small and is filled with kids so adults do not want to be crammed in there with all of the splashing and yelling. If you are going to book excursions caution that some of them are quite sketchy in that they are people's cars and not a tourist company- made me uncomfortable.
