Carnival Cruise Lines - Legend Review

I went on a Carnival Legend cruise to the southern Carribean for my honeymoon. I was not expecting to like a cruise very much as I am an outdoorsy person that loves do go hiking, running, rockclimbing, etc. I thought the cruise would be a lot of eating and sitting around on a boat with a bunch of rich people.

Though there was an aspect of that for those that enjoy that, there is also so much more to do. They offered a great workout gym, free excersize classes, a running track upstairs, 4 different pools, a spa, sauna, great food, lots of entertainment, fun clubs, great comedy shows, etc.

I was very impressed with our room. It was always kept very clean, they gave us new samples of products every day, and we had choclates on our pillows every night. The rooms were very nice, and while they were small, they didn't seem to small because they were decorated well.

The food was AMAZING...need I say more?

Overall it was an amazing expierence, and I can't wait to go on my next one.

For closing, I will recommend that you take a shore excursion. My husband and I did not take all the shore excursions at some of our stops, we tried to find our own snorkeling beaches, and while the shore excursions are expensive...they are very worth it.
