The cruise on the ship was excellent, it was a new ship with carnival called liberty, the room was nice and the handicap bath was almost as big as the room.

The food was excellent and plenty of food was found every where on the ship.

The only thing that I feel they could change and I heard this from many people on the ship is alot of the activities were geard for the younger crowd and not much for fifty and above.which was the majority of the passengers. Alot of people were talking about taking a different cruise line that geard there activities for older passengers.

I personally know BigBear1953 and to tell you the truth, he's older than the dirt in my backyard. Hahahahaha.

Putting that aside, he talks from the heart and the things he says you can take to the bank.

I never ran into any rude people on the cruise, but I think it was because it was mostly an older crowd. I was told about another line of cruise ships that do cater to the older crowd but I can't recall the name it is also an older ship I'll try to find out the name.

My Mother and I did a fun ship cruise called the Inspiration. Ship was older, but still in fairly good condition. We had the same feedback relative to the activities. We did not enjoy the seating in the dining room because you end up making small talk with people in a very noisy setting making it difficult to ask and answer questions. There were too many intoxicated people on the ship that were disruptive but I think that's to be expected on a 'fun' ship. In any case we had some bad neighbors, but overall had a great time.
