I've only taken Carnival on cruises. My parents have taken Royal Caribbean and they both like Carnival better. The service is great. Everyone is friendly and really there to serve you and do everything they can to make sure your trip is as perfect as you want it to be. This particular ship had a pretty good set-up. It was nice that the kids' group was almost in a hidden location. That way, no adults/strangers would get in the way there and parents can feel secure knowing their children were safe. There was also a teen club so 14-17 year-olds could hang out and meet others their age--and not be bored!
