read full review »My husband and I went on the Carnival Conquest cruise ship for our honeymoon and it was our first cruise. The ship was so big it was overwhelming at first but once onboard we appreciated the large variety of activities, shops and restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed the casino also which was pretty large. The staff were so friendly and accomodating from our room stewards to our waiter in the dining room who knew us by name. read full review »Our Carnival experience was not as good as we had hoped. We've been married on the Royal Carribean cruise line after we docked in St Thomas, VI. Then we went on a family cruise with Norweigen cruise lines and this last time was with Carnival Cruise lines with 5 kids, and 2 girlfriends along plus the wife and I. The overall comfort level wasn't there like on the other two ships, the wait staff weren't friendly all of the time, if you bought regularly from them then they were more apt to be friendly towards you.
