Carnival Cruise Lines - Conquest cozumel, grand caymen and jamaica —

Our Carnival experience was not as good as we had hoped. We've been married on the Royal Carribean cruise line after we docked in St Thomas, VI. Then we went on a family cruise with Norweigen cruise lines and this last time was with Carnival Cruise lines with 5 kids, and 2 girlfriends along plus the wife and I. The overall comfort level wasn't there like on the other two ships, the wait staff weren't friendly all of the time, if you bought regularly from them then they were more apt to be friendly towards you. Our waiter at the dinner time had an attitude and didn't really want to be there as it was his last week on board and he was going to retire. Some of the other tables their people didn't show so those waiters had that time to themselves our waiter wanted us to do the same so he could lounge around. It got so bad I had to go to the Maitr'e D and then it didn't get any better because he had someone help him when their table didn't show up. It finally got better after we went to the Purser's office and asked for help and they assigned another person and our waiter then it finally got fun again. The hassles from that is just unreal, that it lasted even with our luggage as none of our family's tags were on any of the luggage and we had to hunt for them in the lost and found. The girlfriends (different last name of course) and their luggage was OK, and they were in with ours. So that Cruise line got back at us in the end again.
