   I received Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease 1 from a friend as a gift a few years back. While the gift was sort of intended as a gag gift, she was serious in encouraging me to use it. The gift was derived from an earlier conversation we had regarding my not feeling confident since gaining post baby weight and my husband feeling too tired for affection. I was hesitant at first, but, after some riendly encourgement, decided to try it.

Overall, I would give this a rating of a 7/10. My downfall was that I went into the aspect of thinking this was going to be a great workout. I think I first tried this video when it was the "in" thing to do. With all the great reviews and such my expectations were too high. If you go into the workout knowing that it is not going to get you into a sweat and that you aren't going to feel that your muscles got a great workout then I think this would be the video for you to try. It is fun and your husband will be thrilled without your new workout, but just don't expect to get the best workout...

I was REALLY excited to get this dvd in the mail from Netflix! I thought for sure it would be something I would love! Afterall, who doesn't want to learn how to be sexier AND get a great workout in the process. I was sadly disappointed.

There were many reasons I didn't like this video and was glad that I didn't purchase it.

1. Carmen talks TOO MUCH!! I I know she has to explain the moves, but the intro is really too long winded.

I heard about this DVD from a friend and a year later I actually dived into it because I thought it would be a great video to do for fun and for exercise.  I love Carmen Electra and I was excited to get started.  At the beginning, I was getting annoyed with how cheesy she was and just how corny it all felt.  I was not impressed at all with the video and would recommend borrowing it from a friend (if they have one) who has the DVD before going out and buying it.  I can see how some people would like it, but I personally am more of an active mover.  I didn't feel it was a good enough workout,...

This workout video is by far the great workout I'ver ever tried! It's seriously so much fun! I bought te carmen electra box set for only around $60. The routines are fun and flirty. I did it with a couple of my friends and we really had a good time learning it. The next day, we could feel that we really worked our muscles. t's a fun way to exercise. In the videos, Carmen and the trainers show you how to do each step or pose and walk you though doing it. It's a good workout and after a few weeks, I could really see that I was getting toned.
