    some fun tossed in, teaches dance steps, a little bit sexy, not physically demanding

    only good if you have lots of time

I love all of Carmen Electras dance videos! They are alot of fun! I haven't lost any weight from them but I enjoy doing them. I like any dance video so this one was good for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
