Best Fish Oil on the market

5

This stuff was recommended to me by the lady that runs the local health food store in my block. I tried it and was absolutely outstanded at the effects of this oil. It actually improved my mood, believe it or not. When I use this stuff my moods are a lot more level. What a surprise it was that fish oil is an effective treatment for people with bipolar disorder because it evens their tempermates. I'm not bipolar but this stuff is great! Not only that I feel it's really high quality and highly concentrated. You get so much EPA and DHA omega 3 oils in this stuff compared to pills. It's also mecury free guaranteed and is laboratory tested by a third party to ensure purity. I think this stuff is amazing and the lemon taste is actually quite pleasant. It is expensive, though. You do get what you pay for in this product without a doubt. I'd highly recommend this as the best fish oil on the market in terms of quality, taste, and effectiveness. Outstanding product!

Best way to take fish oil

4

I did alot of researching before deciding to give Carlson fish oil a try. I didn't want to deal with pills, as there are 2 small kids and 2 adults and I didn't want to buy several different things when we could all use the same. So, I decided on trying the lemon liquid. It is different...but, a good different. None of us minded the lemon flavor. We would take a small spoonful each morning right before breakfast. And the taste Did Not linger on after that. We only noticed that it smelled lemony and not fishy...so, that was nice. The price isn't cheap, but I felt the benefits were worth it. I did order mine on Amazon.com. And have just ordered another bottle of it. I think I have to order about every 6 months, it will last us that long! So, really that isn't too bad. Wish they had more flavors, orange and lemon seem to be what I can find at this moment. Right now we all prefer lemon over orange flavors. I wouldn't mind trying a sample of the orange to see if we would all like it.

Best way to get your Omega 3 supplementation

4

When I first started supplementing Omega 3 fatty acids, I went the route most people do: gel pills. Sure, it was pricy, and I had to choke down several pills throughout the day, but at least I didn't have to deal with that nasty fish breathe, right? Wrong. Every brand, every variety, even those that touted themselves as free of fish-burps, these gel pills always gave me the aftertaste of ocean. I decided to experiment and try a liquid fish oil supplement. While the thought of swallowing fish oil didn't sound very appealing at first, the logic was there: Liquid fish oil supplements are a more cost effective way to get your essential fatty acids. I've tried both the lemon and orange flavors of Carlson's Fish Oil. Both are great, don't have any lingering aftertaste(as if it would be bad if they did!), and it's much easier than having to stress about taking pills throughout the day. I just take a spoonful in the morning before breakfast, forget about it and feel great.   My only gripes about Carlsons is that it tends to separate after a week(have to shake it up), and you have to refrigerate it. Both are minor, and definitely worth the savings and convenience I get from choosing a liquid fish oil supplement.

Carlson beats out any other fish oil competitor!

Carlson's fish oil products have helped out our entire family tremendously (even including the dog)!! In addition to improving heart health, this product has helped lessen my husband's back issues and my father-in-law's shoulder problems...which previously weren't even helped by surgeries!! Fish oil benefits are numerous and range from lowering the risk of a heart attack to strengthening psychological health to inflammation, joint, and skin health! The hospital I work at has even referred to this as the "closest thing to a miracle pill." Carlson's fish oil has a higher amount of EPA than other leading fish oil competitors...and even a great lemon taste! Other types have left behind a fishy taste and we've never had that problem with Carlsons. I would highly recommend Carlson's fish oil products to anyone (and HAVE...often)!! If you take ANY vitamin supplement, take Carlson's Fish Oil!! It is well worth the price and follows through will it's claims!

Carlson Liquid Fish Oil tastes great

5

Lemon flavored Carlson Liquid Fish Oil is great tasting. After taking cheap fish oil supplements, I was tired of the after taste of fishy flavor and burping that up hours later. I did find good fish oil supplements but were very expensive and I burped up lemon flavor for a while afterwards. I needed good quality fish oil that was high quality and without impurities. After a friend told me about Carlson fish oil, I decided to try it. It was less expensive than the good quality fish oil supplements when comparing servings and dosage. It seemed like it would be nasty taking fish oil as a liquid but after trying it, I was hooked. Carlson Liquid Fish Oil (lemon) had no bad aftertaste, no fish oil burps, and it tasted great. It had no fishy flavor to it at all, it tasted like a lemon drop. I only need to take one to two teaspoons per day and I enjoy the flavor. I did try the orange flavor but did not like it as much as the lemon, the orange seemed to have a very slight fish flavor.

No fish burps!

After being diagnosed with high cholesterol I was looking for ways to help decrease my numbers.  There is so much research to show how beneficial fish oil is to our diets.  I tried so many different brands of fish oil capsules but seemed to have a problem with recurring "fish burps"  Yuck.  I also tried buying the burpless type, but the capsules were so big and hard to swallow.  Recently I have found that lots of pills have become hard to swallow, so I prefer chewables or liquids.  Looking for alternative ways to get this beneficial oil into my system, I stumbled upon Carlsons Very Finest fish oil that is Lemon flavored.  I never thought I would be able to stomach taking fish oil by the spoonful, but I have no problem with this stuff whatsoever.  It has a refreshing lemon flavor and goes down easy with no fish burps!  Anyone who has issues with taking it by the spoonful could mix it in with a smoothie or something I suppose.  A bit expensive though, but I'm looking forward to seeing my numbers come down.  Then it will be worth it!

I am a huge fan of Carlson Labs liquid fish oils. I have used the lemon flavor. They also have orange. A few years ago, as I got older, I started having problems with my eyes. I was getting a lot of floaters and flashers. I went to a few eye doctors and it was basically due to my severe near-sightedness and age. They could not recommend anything to help this. I read about nutritional support for the eye and started taking this fish oil and vitamins. I saw a definite improvement in my eyes. I don't even have to take it every day. Anyone reading this should speak to their own health care provider about using fish oil or any supplement. What I like about Carlson fish oil is that it is clean tasting and easy to digest. Once you open it, you should keep it in the refrigerator so it doesn't get rancid. I really like that it comes in a glass bottle, not plastic. It is well worth the price to me as it lasts a long time and seems to be high quality.
