This particular product comes with high recommendations from many of the fanatical health writers and researchers. The brand is old and trusted. If you are looking for a cod liver oil product for whatever reason, this is the one to use.

We've used this for a few years, and enjoy the pleasant taste. The worst part is having to keep it refrigerated - the "out of sight, out of mind" phrase does apply here, so it's very helpful to just make it part of your breakfast routine (or whichever meal is best for you).

I'd strongly recommend this product in the Lemon Flavor. I have tried many fish oil products, including capsuls. Nothing I have found is as good as this. The lemon flavor is very pleasing. There is no unpleasant aftertaste and the results are amazing! Raise your good Chloestrol levels quickly! My doctor was amazed at the results and so was I!
