Caribou Coffee - Chocolate Mocha Granola Bars Reviews

The other day, while strolling through the candy/snack aisle at my local Dollar Tree, I came across Caribou Coffee Chocolate Mocha Granola Bars.  I've been looking for healthier snacks lately, so I decided to give these a try. — They're nothing if not unique.  The granola part is average.  It is chewy, though, which I like.  What makes these good (and unique) is the coating on the underside of the bar, which has a strong (but not too strong) coffee flavor.  According to the box, they're made with actual Caribou Coffee. — Nutritional Info (per bar)- 140… read full review »

Surprise....these caribou granola bar treats have a much wider appeal than just among coffee drinkers.   My son, who detests drinking coffee, even though he is a sleep deprived college student, loves these things.  Particularly the ones with the mint chocolate element.  And as he isn't a huge fan of granola bars (they kept returning unopened in the lunch box while he was in grade school and high school) I found his affection for these quite surprising, but his comment was that they weren't the usual raisins and sawdust type of affair like alot of healthy snacks, they… read full review »
