Carhartt Sandstone Active Jacket Review

Carhartt jackets are known to be really durable, tough, long lasting, and great in the outdoors and working on the farm.  Well, it's true.  I was looking for a jacket to wear up in the snow at my parents, in the rain, when I work outdoors and just general outdoor cold use.

My new Carhartt jacket is pretty soft on the outside for the tough sandstone look.  It's got two pockets on the outside, a durable zipper and a hood.  This jacket is so warm that I barely had it on long enough in the store to see if it fit before becoming hot.

The inside is super soft and comfortable with a quilted flannel lining.  The jacket allows normal movement and is in no way restricting.  It also has two pockets inside, one with a zipper.  This jacket is very rough and rugged but also something you want to put on.

Now when I have to go outside for my job, I won't worry about being cold or wet when I step out of my truck.  I'll be able to stay out for hours and not be miserable.
