I am not really a coconut lover, but Parrot Bay and any kind of juice tastes wonderful! I usually drink it with pineapple juice, but have had it with many other flavors and combinations of flavors.
It doesn't have a high alcohol content. So if you're just a social drinker like I am, and not out to get drunk and disorderly, then drink Parrot Bay and your favorite flavor of juice. You won't look like a party pooper, by not drinking, and you'll be drinking something that tastes GREAT!

I'm not a big drinker so when I do go out with friends for drinks I never know what to order. A friend of mine is a major social butterfly and always in the know with regard to the latest popular drinks. A few years ago when we were out celebrating a milestone at work I asked her to order something for me that I'd like. She brought back the most delicious drink I've ever had which I have since recreated at home lots of times. I love rum, I love coconut and I love trying new things so picking up a bottle of Captain Morgan Parrot Bay seemed like the perfect way to spend a Friday evening.
The smooth, rich flavor of this coconut rum tastes pretty darn good! You can drink it straight, but I prefer to use it in mixed drinks. It's such a versatile rum that you can use practically anything to make a tasty tropical-inspired adult beverage. I like using pineapple juice and lots of ice, but I've used pineapple juice blends and orange juice too.
