This is the absolute best Caribbean rum on the market. It's difficult to find these days, I would say stack up when you find it.

Another bottle in the same vein as Malibu "rum". This bottle in particular is more sugar than liquor, lending to a palm beach and fruity drinks persona. Definitely a skip for a seasoned rum drinker, but can make some pretty good tasting poolside drinks with this.

I Love most Captain Morgan products and if you are someone who likes flavored rum, or just flavored alcohol in general, you will LOVE Parrot Bay Rum. It comes in many different flavors. My favorites are passion fruit and strawberry. They work GREAT to make daiquiris' as well as any smoothie with rum incorporated. They also mix really good with things like ginger ale, sprite, 7-up or even your favorite juices. It is sweet but not too sweet and very flavorful. It doesn't burn when you drink it, and it goes down very smooth. For people who like to use shots or drink hard liquor straight this is also a great product for that. It doesn't taste super strong like a lot of hard liquor because of the flavoring. If you get a flavor you really like that obviously helps too. When you use it to make alcohol blended drinks/smoothies, even if you add a lot of liquor to make stronger drinks it still doesn't taste really strong, more flavorful.

This is a favorite of mine in beverage and food. I use this as a mixer in a couple of different drinks that I drink and / or make. It has just right amount of coconut to add a lil pizazz to any beverage. It's not too strong, it's just right and fruity! It also taste great mixed in with some coconut shrimp batter.. D- E- licious!

I love rum, I love coconut and I love trying new things so picking up a bottle of **Captain Morgan Parrot Bay** seemed like the perfect way to spend a Friday evening. The smooth, rich flavor of this coconut rum tastes pretty darn good! You can drink it straight, but I prefer to use it in mixed drinks. It's such a versatile rum that you can use practically anything to make a tasty tropical-inspired adult beverage. I like using pineapple juice and lots of ice, but I've used pineapple juice blends and orange juice too. If you aren't into the taste of hard alcohol, you'll be happy to know that **Captain Morgan Parrot Bay** has a very slight alcohol taste but it isn't strong at all, even if you drink it straight! As a rum drinker and a fan of almost anything in the Captain Morgan line, I have to say I had high hopes for this variety and I was not disappointed. The only downside is that not every establishment carrys **Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Rum**, so you may have to do some digging to find this tropical treat the next time you want to have a little chill time!

I am not really a coconut lover, but Parrot Bay and any kind of juice tastes wonderful!  I usually drink it with pineapple juice, but have had it with many other flavors and combinations of flavors. It doesn't have a high alcohol content.  So if you're just a social drinker like I am, and not out to get drunk and disorderly, then drink Parrot Bay and your favorite flavor of juice.  You won't look like a party pooper, by not drinking, and you'll be drinking something that tastes GREAT! I'm not a beer drinker, and sometimes mixed drinks can be too strong or too expensive.  This drink is right in the middle! The only downside is that some bars don't carry Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay, so just ask for coconut rum.  Won't taste as good, but still not bad!

I'm not a big drinker so when I do go out with friends for drinks I never know what to order.  A friend of mine is a major social butterfly and always in the know with regard to the latest popular drinks.  A few years ago when we were out celebrating a milestone at work I asked her to order something for me that I'd like.  She brought back the most delicious drink I've ever had which I have since recreated at home lots of times.  It was simply two shots of Parrot Bay rum in a glass of pineapple juice over lots of ice and it was delightful!  I was surprised that I was drinking rum as I've never been a big fan.  My sister in law drinks rum and Diet Coke which I've tried and hated.  But this tastes nothing like plain old rum.  It's coconut!  In fact it tastes so good and coconutty that I could probably drink it straight or over ice and really enjoy it.  I'd be on the floor in an hour, but I'd really like it.  The rum.... not being on the floor. Parrot Bay is perfectly clear like water so when mixed with orange or pineapple juice it doesn't change the color much.  At home I add 2 shots to a glass full of crushed ice then pour in a six ounce glass of pineapple juice, mix well and enjoy.  It has become my signature drink when I have guests over and everyone really enjoys them.
