I got the **Capresso Ultima Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine 121 for my birthday several months ago, and couldn't wait to get it out of the box to use.  It worked great a couple times, then totally quit working and no coffee could come out.  WE called customer service, and they were very helpful, mailing a replacement right away.  This took about three times with our **Capresso Ultima Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine 121 to finally fix it, and now we are very happy with it, even after all the hassle initially.  But we can't complain about Capresso's customer service, they were very helfpul.  The **Capresso Ultima Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine 121 makes great espresso, and when I make creama coffee, it has a wonderful creama on the top.  It's high quailty and we really love making coffee from it every day.  I recommend the **Capresso Ultima Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine 121 to anyone wanting an easy, great cup of espresso. ********
