Company does not understand how customer service is itseems as if one hand does not know what the other is doing.

This card was suppose to be a starter card for me. They are not a good company to get a credit card through. I was on the right track for a while until I idnt not recieve one of my statements me being new at this decided not to worry. Then I got my next statement in the mail saying that I was late. This than lead to me calling the company to tell them what happened only to have them tell me that all they could do was send it out that day. Capital One - No Hassle Cash Platinum Visa
I got this card to use on a European vacation to get cash as I needed it. I thought I understood the terms and conditions, but I was wrong. I was charged $10 every time I got a "cash advance" from an ATM machine. Not only that, I was charged 24% becase the "cash advance" was unpaid until the due date. What I mean by that is that even though I paid the amount owed in full on the due date, I was still charged a finance charge because there was a cash advance on the account in the time period.
