Capital One - Platinum Mastercard —
I have been doing business with Capital One for the last twelve years. I have had good and bad experiences, as we all have, but overall I find them to be incredibly helpful. When I had my purse stolen they took care of me immediately and contacted me with updates on a regular basis. My interest rate is low and fixed which helps me determine what I owe ahead of time. All in all I would recommend the Capital One Platinum Mastercard to anyone asking for credit card reviews. Something that really stands out in my mind about the Capital One Platinum Mastercard is that whenever I have needed to speak with a Customer Service rep I have been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect.Last edited on Nov 25, 2008
