Capital One - platinum —

They were great in the beginning. They would not increase my limit to more than $500 for 4 years of having them and always payting them on time in full. After being an outstanding customer for over 4 years they decided to make my interest rate from 4.99 to 13.99 they claim its becuase of the economy
