Capital One - platinum Review

My parents co-signed on a CapitalOne Platinum credit card for me when i was in 7th grade for a little extra security during an overseas trip to Europe. I am currently 26 years old, 3 years out of college, and have kept the card all this time. I have also since removed my parents from the card. This card has been wonderful. Only once have i ever made a late payment, and due to my diligent payment history, one phone call was all it took to have the late payment fee removed. If i ever have questions regarding my statements or how to pay online, the representatives are very friendly and helpful. I also get "No Hassle Rewards" points for every purchase i make with my card. With my points, i am able to shop online, take the cash, pay my bill down or even get free gift cards to places like Home Depot, retail stores and even restaurants and movie theaters!!! I realize that i have never had to have "tough" issues resolved seeing that i have a 9-year, almost perfect payment history with Capital One, but during those 9-years, i have no complaints!
