Capital One - platinum Review

This is a review about the capital one platinum credit card. It is an awesome card to have, I have had it for about 3 years now, and I have never gone over my limit. They are awesome with their customer service and they will do there best to help you in any way they can. For example I had made a payment and they charged me X.00 dollars for the payment. I called them and asked why I would be charged for making a payment they advised me that most credit card companies are doing the same and I could take a look and see myself. Which I did and they all do charge some kind of online convienence fee, but capital ones was low and they also let me slide on my next 3 X.00 dollar amount fees. So in my mind i considered that to be helping me to the best of their ability. The company is very structured and good, I also have a bank account with them and having both the bank account and the credit card really compliment eachother.
