Capital One - Visa Credit Card —
I have been a customer of Capital One for years. I had never been late on a payment and one day I just got a statement and they had raised my interest to 23.9%. I called and tried to talk to them and they couldn't give me any reason why they did this and wouldn't do anything to help. I am very disappointed with them.Last edited on Jan 05, 2009
