Instead of sending me to someone that could help me they finally hung up on me. Getting the card canceled was another long phone call with more hassle and rude people on the other...
read full review »JUST THIS PAST MONTH, MY INTEREST RATE ON MY VISA CARD WAS INCREASED BY APPROX. 6%. I HAVE ALWAYS TRIED TO PAY ON TIME, EVEN BEFORE DUE DATE, AND 80% OF THE TIME PAY OVER THE MINIMUM AMOUNT.
I KNOW THE ECONOMY IS IN BAD SHAPE RIGHT NOW, BUT INCREASING THE INTEREST RATE IS NOT GOING TO HELP ME. I AM FORCED TO LIMIT THE USE OF MY CARD IN ORDER TO GET THE AMOUNT OWED DOWN. I KNOW IT IS A PRIVALEGE TO HAVE THIS CARD, BUT THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS HAVE BENEFITED FROM THE CASH PAYOUTS BY GOVERNMENT, NOT ME.
DO NOT MAKE IT ANY HARDER ON ME THAN IT ALREADY IS.
They have a very good system. They email you when your statement is ready every month. They also off you payments options on your account so that you don't miss payments which will help you maintain a good credit rating. If you are late with a payment for a very good reason, they will rebate the late fee for you. I recommend this credit card to anyone who is trying to establish credit for themselves.
