Capital One - VISA Review

i got approver for a capital one credit card. i was working at the time and i had enough money to pay it off i just wanted to use it to build up my credit by using all of it then paying it all off every month. well i lost my job luckily i was enrolled in this programm they had about when you loose your job they will pay the minimum payments for you un til you find a job or 6 months pass. well i was paying each month for that program but somehow they said i was no longer enrolled in that programm. but still i was paying for it...hum... not right. anyways i had no money o pay it anymore i tried to close the account and telling them to send me the bill so i can pay it off and no more interest will be charged but they told me it will be clesed and for some reason they still kepped charging me and never once i received a letter in the mail until a year later i got one saying that my deliquint account was put into collections. and now its triple of what it was a year ago.
