Capital One - VISA Review

HI, I have a Captial One Visa Card and I thought it was the one of the best creidt card services offered, but after about the months I found out differently.  For the 1st the months everything started of wonderful.  I got a credit increase because I paid on time for the months straight, but the fourth month is when the problem began.  When I called to recieve my balance they told me that all the purchases had been processed but they weren't which caused me to go over the limit..  I didn't know at the time that I was over my limitm, which I got charged a $39 over-the-limit- fee., which caused my miniuim balance to increase which I couldn't afford to pay.  Then I recieved a late fee which increased my balance as well.  My balance got so high that I had a total of about a $150 in fees.  Everytime I continously recieved an over the limit fee which I don't believe was fair.  I didn't even know that I would even be charged an over the limit fee the first month I went over.  I didn't recieve a phone call or letter informing me that I had occur the charge.  I am very disappointed with the company.
