Capital One - Platinum Visa Review

I used a Capital One Credit Card for Years with no problems.  While we were making a good income it didn't matter.   We used the card, paid way more than minimum payments and usually had a zero balance.   When the economy got tough and our income lowered, our interest rates were increased.   I made 1, I repeat 1 late payment, less than 24 hours and my interest was accelerated to 27%.   They would not even look back at our payment history or credit history and ratings.    Our limit was lowered, which didn't matter to us because we paid it off and got rid of it, but it was the principal of the matter.   

Terrible to deal with.  Rude customer service and no customer loyalty.
