Capital One has a terrible Customer Service track record. Their agents are rude and unhelpful. Also, expect a lot of false advertising from this company. They've gotten in trouble for it in the past with regulators (FCC, etc) and they continue their practices with no signs of abatting. — Expect a lot of trouble using your card too. Did you change your address recently? You must send them recent utility bills as proof of address. Traveled abroad recently? Expect a freeze on your card indefinitely until you call. I have had the worst customer service from this company. Any time I had to call them I was transferred to at least four different people before I could explain the problem. This happened on a consistent basis. I even tried to cancel the card and it took them nine months to cancel the card and clear up fraudulent charges. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS CARD!!
