Capital One - No Hassle Miles Rewards Card — 

I have had the worst customer service from this company.  Any time I had to call them I was transferred to at least four different people before I could explain the problem.  This happened on a consistent basis.  I even tried to cancel the card and it took them nine months to cancel the card and clear up fraudulent charges.  DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS CARD!!  It is anything but "No Hassle".
