Capital One - No Hassle Miles Rewards Card —
This card is good for people who have decent but less than perfect credit. As long as your credit score is 640 or higher you should be able to get this card. While there is an annual fee, it's not super high. The interest rate is reasonable too. It's easy to rack up the miles, and easy to redeem them. There's not a lot of restrictions on redemption. I've had this card for 6 years now, and have redeemed miles twice without a hitch.
