Great except No Hassle rewards isn't true regarding using miles.

Every day computer user, always pays more than minimum, appreciative of good service, pay my cc bill off each month, always looking for ways to save

Capital One - No Hassle Cash Platinum Visa —

I have had this card for many years and overall I like this company very much. I have had issues in the past with credit card fraud and they were very helpful. They did not hold me accountable for any charges that were not mine. I've never had any issues with them except last month when I went to use my miles rewards earned. I discovered that it's all or nothing. The quota is 15k, 35k, or 60k miles needed to get a free ticket. There is no way to use partical rewards (i.e. using using a certain amount of miles in order to get a discounted ticket instead of a totally free ticket). It just seemed funny that it is called a No Hassles Reward program when it was a hassle for me to just get a discounted ticket.
