You may get lulled by the commercials BUT where is the Customer Service when you NEED it...You can't talk to a customer service agent or get a Postal dated POSTING which is now overrided by their Eastern Time Zone computer clock. Annual fee(s) are posted ahed before the Annual Renewal date so...if you decide to cancel the FEE you have to chase the Supervisor to CANCEL the CARD relationship.
