Capital One - MasterCard —

These turkeys (Capitol One), mail the statement late, approaching a week-end
then charge you for "late" fees, then add the "annual fee" as you approach limit and
ding you for "Over-limit" fees - A JOKE! - Don't USE IT !!

Capital One - MasterCard is not recommended by MacBoy
