Excellent "starter" card, low credit limit.

    Credit Card, fair interest rate, quicker than cash

Cons
    had to go somewhere else for more credit, not much of a reward system

Capital One - MasterCard — 

Capital One Mastercard is a great "starter" card, low credit limit can be raised with regular use and prompt payments. hard to get into trouble, but plenty of credit for college students or people that like to pay cash that need plastic.
