Why is it that Capital One has never given me an incresase?

Capital One - Capital One Visa —
Capital One is the first Credit card i obtained. But I wondering besides the no annual fee what are the benefits? I dont have reward points nor have i ever gotten a credit limit increase. On all my other cards they have increased me limit when asked but not Capital One.
