Capital One - Capital One Master Card Review

This card was suppose to be a starter card for me. They are not a good company to get a credit card through. I was on the right track for a while until I idnt not recieve one of my statements me being new at this decided not to worry. Then I got my next statement in the mail saying that I was late. This than lead to me calling the company to tell them what happened only to have them tell me that all they could do was send it out that day. What good does that do me? none I was already past due because of a mistake they made and decided not to fix. Along with that the APR rate is ridiculous! I will never deal with them again once I pay this off im done with them!
