Capital One - All Credit Cards —
I love my Capital One Visa. If you are looking for a card with "frills," this is not the card for you. But, if you are looking for a basic, low interest card, this one is a perfect fit. Online bill pay is a must for me. Their site is extremely user-friendly and has great features. I can handle most inquiries online and rarely, if ever, have to pick up the phone to ask questions (another huge plus).
