Capital One - All Credit Cards —
The card is convient, but can bite you with its outrageous fees. When payments are due on holidays, the card has no forgiveness even if you schedule the payment on these dates. The interest is off the chart, and caters to those who have less than perfect credit.Last edited on Dec 13, 2007
