I buy bags of Cape Gourmet Frozen Tilapia every couple of months to store in the freezer. They are very inexpensive for a bag of fish! The price allows me to incorporate fish in my family's weekly diet. I bake them with fish seasoning or lemon, garlic, and seasoning, and serve it with spinach, brown rice, and black beans. Delicious! Cape Tilapia always seems very fresh and tastes great. It doesn't take long to cook from frozen, and is always light and flaky. I'm also happy that it doesn't have a salty taste that some frozen fish have.
