Canyon Ranch: The Ultimate in a Wellness Spa, Lenox, MA

Canyon Ranch is a resort that focuses on wellness. So while you may think you are on vacation you are learning how to get and stay healthy. We spent three nights and four full days at their location in Lenox, MA in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains. You'll find them at 165 Kemble Street.

We pulled up to the Pavilion where the reception area is. Valet parking is included and seemed to be mandatory. We were warmly greeted; our suitcases were taken away and we checked in. We were given a nice tote bag and a water bottle along with This Week at Canyon Ranch which we lived by.

Disneyland for adults and it's good for you!

I first discovered Canyon Ranch Lenox, MA in fall of 2001. I have made many trips back.

My first experience was after a significant loss. I thought I just needed to exercise and eat better. I got to the ranch where I was not taking care of anyone and basically fell apart. You could not have found kinder more caring people to take care of you. They put me back together. I have returned a # of times. I have certain practitioners I always see. I also experiment with new things. I learned to kayak with their outdoor sports dept.
